The Palm View Apartments has 239 units where the gym facilities and several restaurants are located.
The Laketown Apartments is the budget apartment with 516 units to offer. It is in this area that the five conference rooms are located along with some restaurants.
The Culture Zone Apartment offers 284 units and features its own pool with Jacuzzi, a gym, sauna and steam bath, bar lounge and restaurant, a health zone, and childrens playground and barbeque areas. It also has a conference room.
