AIRPORT TRANSFERS

We are located about 7 kilometers from Langkawi International Airport and about 27 kilometers from Kuah Jetty.

Prearranged Airport Transfer: RM 60.00 for a return transfers for 3 persons including baggage.

Taxi from Airport to Resort: RM20.00 per taxi per way for 3 persons with baggage Taxi from Kuah Jetty to Resort: RM25.00 per taxi per way for 3 persons with baggage.

Surcharge of RM30.00nett per room per night is applicable from 01 December 2007 to 28 February 2008.

•

Extra Bed or Extra Person is chargeable at RM 40.00nett per bed per night inclusive of one breakfast.

•

Check Out Time : 12.00 noon

•

Check In Time   : 2.00 pm

•

Airport and Jetty transfers can be arranged with ample prior notice and is chargeable accordingly (individually or Group)

Rates are applicable to Local and Overseas market alike.

All Rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment shall be made in Malaysian Ringgit.

Foreign currency will be converted at the point of payment according to the prevailing exchange rate.

Up to 6 pm - 50% of published rate imposed
After 6pm - One day's rate imposed

Prior room reservation is required and is subject to room availability.

Room Reservations are to be guaranteed with an acceptable Credit Card, or a one night's charges for the total room reserved to be deposited into the resort's bank account which shall be advised during the confirmation stages.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY :

Low Season

One night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 72 hours prior to check-in date or in the event of NO SHOW.

Peak Season

One Night/package charges for the total rooms/package reserved shall be chargeable to the guest in the event of cancellation made within 8 days prior to check-in date or event of NO SHOW.
